Our Policies

All payment for Therapy Sessions are due at the first of the month.

Payment for assessment services are due at the day of service.

If paying with cash or check payment is due by the fifth of the month or the first date of service for the month. Whichever comes first.

Communication is an essential part of our services here at Blooming Minds. If you have any concerns, comments or questions please feel free to call us immediately. 

If you plan to discontinue our services we would greatly appreciate a two weeks notice.
